目的探讨“T”形曲配合交互牵引正畸矫治磨牙正锁的临床效果。方法选择磨牙正锁患者60例作为研究对象,“T”形曲配合交互牵引者30例为观察组,单独用交互牵引者30例为对照组,通过X线头影测量分析比较患者矫治前、后的变化。结果观察组矫治磨牙正锁所需时间较对照组更短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组矫治后下颌平面角(FH-MP)、腭平面-下颌平面角(PP-MP)、前面高(N-Me)、上颌第一磨牙近中颊尖到腭平面的垂直距离(U6-PP)以及下颌第一磨牙近中颊尖到下颌平面的垂直距离(L6-MP)的增大值均明显小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “T”形曲配合交互牵引能够快速有效地矫治磨牙正锁,尤其适用于均角及高角型患者。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of “T” -shaped curve combined with interactive traction orthodontics in treating molars. Methods Totally 60 patients with molars under lock were selected as research objects. T-shaped curve was used in 30 patients with cross-traction as observation group. 30 patients with cross-traction alone were used as control group. The patients were treated by X-ray cephalometry Before and after the change. Results The observation group was shorter than the control group in orthodontics treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The vertical distance between the maxillary first molar and the maxillary first molar in the observation group (FH-MP), the palatal plane-mandibular plane angle (PP-MP), the anterior height (N-Me) PP) and the vertical distance (L6-MP) of the mandibular first molar from the mid-cheek to the mandibular plane were significantly smaller than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion “T” -shaped curve with interactive traction can quickly and effectively correct the molars, which is especially suitable for patients with angle and high angle.
