本文介绍1-取代咪唑衍生物Tioconazole在体外与体内的抗真菌作用,并与目前广泛使用的双氯苯咪唑硝酸盐(Miconazole)相比较。 Tioconazole对抗念珠菌属等真菌的作用较Miconazole强。如Tioconazole浓度为0.2μg/ml能抑制70%的白色念珠菌株。体外试验对酵母菌、曲霉菌株与发癣菌显示了有效的抑制作用。对念珠菌株抑制作用比Miconazole约大4倍。Tioconazole对抗新型隐球菌与光滑球拟酵母比Miconazole更有效。从体外作用观点来看,局部治疗由皮真菌和酵母菌引起的表皮感染时,Tioconazole在临床上是有效的。
This article describes the in vitro and in vivo antifungal effects of the 1-substituted imidazole derivative Tioconazole and compares it with the currently widely used Miconazole nitrate. The effect of Tioconazole against fungi such as Candida is stronger than that of Miconazole. If the concentration of Tioconazole 0.2μg / ml can inhibit 70% of Candida albicans strains. In vitro tests showed effective inhibition of yeast, Aspergillus strains and Trichophyton. Inhibition of Candida strains than Miconazole about 4 times larger. Tioconazole against Cryptococcus neoformans and M. aeruginosa are more effective than Miconazole. From an in vitro perspective, Tioconazole is clinically effective when topically treated for epidermal infections caused by dermatophytes and yeasts.
