改革开放以来,中国社会组织研究一直是国内外学术界关注的热点。西方的理论框架和概念体系曾经在很长时期影响着中国社会组织研究的内容和结论。十八大以来,中国社会组织治理在理论研究上更多地从中国实践出发,在治国理政的高度探索中国特色社会组织治理体系和治理能力,形成了基于中国故事的社会组织研究问题意识和话语体系;在社会组织治理实践上也体现为顶层设计与地方创新有机衔接的“上下结合”政策演化路径与运行机制,最终在社会组织治理的理论体系、发展战略、制度设计、发展路径和发展保障等方面呈现出完整的内在逻辑,逐渐形成中国特色社会组织发展之路。
Since the reform and opening up, the research on Chinese social organizations has always been a hot topic in academia at home and abroad. The Western theoretical framework and conceptual system have influenced the contents and conclusions of Chinese social organizations for a long time. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China’s social organization governance has proceeded more from the practice of China in the theoretical research and explored the social organization governing system and governance capacity of social organizations with Chinese characteristics at the height of governing the country and forming the consciousness of the research questions of social organizations based on Chinese stories. Discourse system; in the practice of social organization governance, it also embodies the organic integration of top-level design and local innovation in the path of evolution and operation of “top-bottom combination” policy. Finally, in the theoretical system, development strategy, system design and development path of social organization governance And development and protection, etc., showing a complete internal logic and gradually forming a road of development for social organizations with Chinese characteristics.
