利用AFLP分子标记技术,对42份青麻叶大白菜品系间的遗传多样性与亲缘关系进行分析。5对引物组合在42份品系中共获得124条带,其中多态性条带89条,多态性比例为71.8%。计算42份品系间的相似系数范围为0.469~0.977,平均0.707。聚类结果可划分为4组,第一组大部分来源天津市津南区和塘沽地区;第二组基本上都来自津南区;第三组大多来源天津西青区;第四组来源于天津各个地区及河北省。聚类结果与材料的来源地有一定的相关性,较好地反映了42份青麻叶大白菜品系间的遗传背景及亲缘关系。
AFLP molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship among 42 Chinese cabbage varieties. A total of 124 bands were obtained from 5 pairs of primer combinations in 42 lines, of which 89 were polymorphic bands with a polymorphism ratio of 71.8%. The similarity coefficients of 42 lines calculated from 0.469 to 0.977 with an average of 0.707. The clustering results can be divided into four groups, the first group mostly from Tianjin Jinnan District and Tanggu area; the second group are basically from Jinnan District; the third group are mostly from Tianjin Xiqing District; the fourth group is from Tianjin Region and Hebei Province. The clustering results have some correlation with the origin of the materials, which can well reflect the genetic background and genetic relationship of 42 Chinese cabbage varieties.
