目的评价长春瑞滨(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和毒副反应.方法收集晚期NSCLC患者46例给予NVB+DDP方案化疗,NVB 25mg/m2iv dl、8,DDP 75mg/m2iv d1,21天为1周期,应用2周期后评价疗效.结果全组有效率为47.8%,无CR病例,其中初、复治有效率分别为51.5%、38.4%,Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳ期有效率分别为45.5%、52.3%、42.8%,腺癌和鳞癌有效率分别为57.1%、40.0%.毒副反应主要为白细胞下降(95.6%)、恶心呕
