在扼要介绍 Agilent- ADS EDA软件的基础上 ,按照运用 ADS软件设计电路的一般步骤 ,着重阐述了一种用于 CDMA数字微波接力机中使用的宽带低噪声放大器的设计与优化 ,给出了该微波低噪声放大器的主要技术指标 ,电路拓朴结构图 ,简要工作原理与设计考虑 ,并将计算机仿真结果与实际测试结果进行了比较 ,结果表明 :Aglient- ADS EDA软件具有仿真优化功能强、使用方便、设计快速高效等优点 ,借助于 ADS软件设计出的低噪声放大器性能好、成本低、体积小、成品率高 ,更能满足现代装备的要求。
Based on the brief introduction of Agilent-ADS EDA software and the general steps of designing the circuit by using ADS software, the design and optimization of a broadband low-noise amplifier used in CDMA digital microwave relay are emphatically described. Microwave low noise amplifier main technical indicators, topology circuit diagram, a brief working principle and design considerations, and the computer simulation results and the actual test results were compared, the results show that: Aglient-ADS EDA software with simulation and optimization capabilities, the use of Convenient, fast and efficient design, etc. The low noise amplifier designed by ADS software has good performance, low cost, small size and high yield, which can meet the requirement of modern equipment.
