领导不应是一个职位,领导应该是一种影响的过程。俗话说你可以把牛牵到河边,但你无法强迫它喝水。很多人到了一定的职位,往往想到更多的是权利而非责任。这样的领导常常会通过行政命令来让部属服从,显示权利的力量。实际上这并不是好的领导应有的行为。你不是通过培育、辅导、影响部属愿意做他不想做的事情。部属表面的服从是处于你是他的上司,而内心可能对你已经一肚子的不满和怨恨。日积月累,这样的领导慢慢有了深深的恐惧,担心力量不够,担心失去领导力,担心威信扫地,难以指挥。其实职位只是责任的代名词,不是权利。权利是来自部属的支持,是部属赋予领导的权利。在现实工作中,管理太多,而领导太少,这是不少单位管理中存在的普遍问题。而真正的单位需要的是领导者而非
