目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)在糖尿病并发血管病变的临床价值。方法采用日立7180全自动生化分析仪及ELISA双抗体夹心法对98例2型糖尿病患者(其中血管病变组55例,非血管病变组43例)及40名健康对照的hs-CRP、IL-6、GSB、TC、TC/HDL-C、TC/LDL-C进行测定。结果 98例2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP、IL-6比40名健康对照明显升高(P<0.001),2型糖尿病合并血管病变组(A组)hs-CRP、IL-6比2型糖尿病非合并血管病变组(B组)明显升高(P<0.001),且与GSB、TC、TC/HDL-C、TC/LDL-C正相关。结论糖尿病患者血清IL-6参与诱导肝急性时相蛋白(CRP)的合成,并共同参与糖尿病血管病变的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum hs-CRP and serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications. Methods The hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (including 55 patients with vascular disease and 43 patients with non-vascular disease) and 40 healthy controls were analyzed by Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA double antibody sandwich method. , GSB, TC, TC / HDL-C, TC / LDL-C. Results The hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in 40 healthy controls (P <0.001). The hs-CRP and IL-6 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (group A) TC group, TC group, HDL-C group and TC / LDL-C group were significantly higher than those in non-combined group (group B) (P <0.001). Conclusion Serum IL-6 in diabetic patients is involved in the induction of acute phase protein synthesis (CRP) in liver and participate in the pathological process of diabetic vascular disease.
