我厂是个产品品种多、原料规格多、专用设备多的塑料加工厂。近几年来,我厂产品大部分都是根据市场需要来安排生产,由于需求变化十分频繁,新产品试制任务非常繁重,从而给计划工作带来了不少困难。如何适应这个形势的变化,改进计划工作,努力做到统而不死,变而不乱,是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。经过一段时间来的反复实践,我们探索出了一套适合我厂特点的计划编制、平衡、考核的管理制度和办法,并取得了较好的效果。
Our factory is a plastic processing factory with many product varieties, many raw material specifications, and more specialized equipment. In recent years, most of our factory’s products are arranged according to market needs. Due to the frequent changes in demand, the trial production of new products is very arduous, which has brought a lot of difficulties to the planning work. How to adapt to changes in this situation, improve planning work, and strive to achieve unification instead of dead and change without chaos is a major issue before us. After repeated practice over a period of time, we have explored a set of management systems and methods for planning, balancing and assessing the characteristics of our plant, and achieved good results.
