传统的数控(Nc)验证方法是利用Nc程序去试切泡沫或木件。为了节省时间、提高效率,本文给出了一种新的计算机辅助Nc验证的方法,利用真实感显示技术,通过高品质和图形,模拟出机械切削过程,通过加工仿真来检验数控程序的正确程序。文中分析了计算机图形验证方法的基本思路,给同了一种进行切削过程模拟的快速算法,使Nc验证更加直观、可靠。
The traditional numerical control (Nc) verification method is to use Nc program to cut the foam or wood pieces. In order to save time and improve efficiency, this paper presents a new computer aided Nc verification method, the use of realistic display technology, through the high quality and graphics to simulate the mechanical cutting process, CNC machining process simulation to verify the correct procedures . In this paper, the basic idea of computer graphics verification method is analyzed, giving a fast algorithm for cutting process simulation, making Nc verification more intuitive and reliable.
