目的 :探讨支气管包裹充气征的X线诊断价值。方法 :收集 40～ 76岁周围型肺癌患者 116例 ,进行X线资料及部分病理标本对比、分析。结果 :3 6例出现支气管包裹充气征 ,占 3 1 0 3 %。结论 :支气管包裹充气征对周围肺癌的X线诊断有相当肯定的价值。
Objective: To explore the value of X-ray diagnosis of bronchial inflatable sign. Methods: A total of 116 patients with peripheral lung cancer aged 40-76 years were collected for comparison and analysis of X-ray data and some pathological specimens. Results: Thirty-six cases showed signs of bronchial infiltration, accounting for 31.03%. Conclusion: The bronchial package inflatable sign has certain value in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
