胜利动力机械厂T6112卧式镗床在使用中多次出现拉伤,先后对工作台和导轨面进行了刮毛刺、油石磨光、锡铋合金补焊、502粘合剂配理化铁粉填补等修复方法,但由于拉伤凹坑深、长,机床切削负荷大,处理困难等原因,均未获得理想效果。经过多方案分析论证,采用粘接—电刷镀复合技术进行修复,经过3年多大负荷的运行,效果良好,达到了修理时间短、费用低、运行可靠的目的。 一、粘接—电刷镀复合技术工艺方案的确定。
