病历摘要患者男,36岁。于1987年7月9日因乏力7天,丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)270u住某医院。由于黄疸逐日加深,伴高度乏力、厌食、腹胀,遂于8月29日转入我院。患者1985年7月体检时曾发现HBsAg阳性及ALT异常,按肝炎治疗30天后ALT恢复正常。1986年7月又因劳累出现乏力,再次以肝炎住院3个月。
Patient summary Male, 36 years old. July 7, 1987 due to fatigue for 7 days, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 270u live in a hospital. As jaundice deepens day by day, with a high degree of fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension, then on August 29 transferred to our hospital. Patients in July 1985 had physical examination found HBsAg positive and abnormal ALT, ALT returned to normal after 30 days of hepatitis treatment. In July 1986 fatigue due to fatigue, again with hepatitis hospitalized for 3 months.
