目的:观察养心氏片对冠心病患者心功能及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:将94例冠心病心功能受损患者按随机化原则分为两组,其中对照组45例,养心氏片组49例。分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗+养心氏片6个月。治疗前后用PH ILIPSA33做彩色多普勒超声心动图进行心功能评估,测定超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果:养心氏片组在治疗6个月后左室射血分数提高(P<0.01),左室结构有关指标改善(P<0.01),超敏C反应蛋白明显降低(P<0.01)。常规治疗组在用药6个月后左室射血分数无明显变化(P>0.05),左室结构有关指标也有所下降,但下降幅度明显低于养心氏片组,超敏C反应蛋白水平下降不明显,治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养心氏片能够同时改善冠心病患者左心室收缩及舒张功能,降低超敏C反应蛋白水平,对冠状动脉具有保护作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxinshi tablet on heart function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 94 patients with coronary heart disease with heart function impairment were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization, including 45 patients in the control group and 49 patients in the Yangxin tablet group. Patients were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment + Yang Xinshi tablets for 6 months. Before and after treatment, color doppler echocardiography was performed with PH ILIPSA33 to assess cardiac function and determine the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction of the Yangxin’s tablet group increased after 6 months of treatment (P<0.01), the left ventricular structure index improved (P<0.01), and the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein decreased significantly (P<0.01). In the conventional treatment group, there was no significant change in left ventricular ejection fraction (P>0.05) after 6 months of treatment, and the left ventricular structural parameters also decreased, but the decrease was significantly lower than that in the Yangxin group. The decrease was not significant, and there was no statistical difference before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Yangxinshi can improve the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease, reduce the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and protect the coronary artery.
