为了提高工程车辆的工作效率,采用自动换挡技术能使车辆根据外界载荷的变化调整变速器的输出功率,使车辆处于较佳状态。为使自动变速器中液力变矩器常在高效率区工作,深入研究了效率换挡规律的机理,并求解了效率换档规律曲线。同时,选取变速器输出轴转速和发动机转速作为输入,变速器挡位作为输出,设计了模糊换挡控制器,利用MATLAB/Simulink对工程车辆的起步加速、作业工况升降挡和爬坡3种工况进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,设计的效率换挡模糊控制器能保证液力变矩器常在高效率区间工作。
In order to improve the working efficiency of engineering vehicles, the automatic shift technology enables the vehicle to adjust the output power of the transmission according to the change of the external load so that the vehicle is in a better condition. In order to make the torque converter of automatic transmission often work in high efficiency area, the mechanism of efficiency shift schedule is deeply studied and the efficiency shift schedule curve is solved. At the same time, the output shaft speed of the transmission and the engine speed are taken as input, and the transmission gear is taken as the output. The fuzzy shift controller is designed. By using MATLAB / Simulink, the starting accelerations of the construction vehicles, Conducted a simulation study. The simulation results show that the designed efficiency shift fuzzy controller can ensure that the torque converter often works in high efficiency range.
