目的探讨MSCT齿科重组在颌骨埋伏牙诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法对20例埋伏牙病例进行256层螺旋CT扫描,并通过Dental planning软件进行齿科全景重组后处理,对埋伏牙进行定位诊断。结果 20例患者共27颗埋伏牙均被精确定位,埋伏牙的牙体形态、位置以及与邻牙的关系均清晰显示,并根据Dental planning软件分析最佳手术入路后均顺利拔除埋伏牙。结论 MSCT全景齿科重组是一种高效准确的定位诊断埋伏牙的方法,在埋伏牙拔除的方案制定中有重要的指导价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of MSCT in the diagnosis and treatment of mandibular impacted teeth. Methods A total of 20 cases of impacted teeth were scanned by 256-slice spiral CT. Dental planning software was used to reorganize the teeth and diagnose the impacted teeth. Results A total of 27 impacted teeth were accurately located in 20 patients. The morphology and location of the impacted tooth as well as the relationship with the adjacent teeth were clearly shown. According to Dental planning software, the best surgical approach was successfully removed. Conclusion MSCT panoramic reconstruction is an efficient and accurate method for the localization and diagnosis of impacted teeth. It has an important guiding value in the formulation of ambush extraction.
