“整体作战法”是科学发展观在公安工作中的具体体现,是社会管理创新理论在公安工作中的生动实践。全省公安机关高度重视、多措并举,积极构建信息化条件下深度应用“整体作战法”新格局、推动各项公安工作再上新台阶。本刊将陆续组织专家学者从理论与实践的角度对其进行深入的探讨和研究,使其发挥更大的作用。本期发表的笔谈,得到了信阳市公安局的大力支持,在此谨表示真诚的感谢。
The “Law on Integral Warfare” is a concrete manifestation of the scientific concept of development in public security work and is a vivid practice of the theory of social management innovation in public security work. The public security organs throughout the province have attached great importance to the situation and took the drastic measures to take the initiative to establish a new pattern of “integrated operational law” under the conditions of informationization so as to push the public security work to a new level. The publication will continue to organize experts and scholars from the perspective of theory and practice of its in-depth discussion and research to make it play a greater role.
