如果能高精度地推算出作用于运行车辆车轴轴承上的载荷,则有可能设计出更合适的车轴轴承及轴箱。作用于运行车辆车轴轴承上的载荷,会在轨道及速度等运行条件的影响下发生改变,但目前尚未能准确地掌握这类载荷。日本铁道综合技术研究所根据作用于车轮上的轮重及轮轨横向力数据,针对实际运行中作用在车辆车轴轴承上的载荷,对其推算方法进行了研究。
It is possible to design a more suitable axle bearing and axle box if the load acting on the axle bearing of the running vehicle can be accurately calculated. Loads acting on axle bearings for running vehicles can change under the influence of operating conditions such as the orbit and speed, but such loads have not yet been accurately grasped. Based on the data of wheel load and wheel-rail lateral force acting on the wheels, the Japan Railway Institute of Integrated Technology researched the method of estimating the load acting on the axle bearings of vehicles in actual operation.
