采用Langendorff离体豚鼠心脏灌流法 ,观察滇产 3种唇形科鼠尾属药物扩张冠脉作用并与标准丹参进行比较 .结果发现 :4种药物在高剂量可明显增加正常离体豚鼠心脏的冠脉流量、降低心肌收缩力、减慢心率 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,甘西鼠尾低剂量即能增加冠脉流量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,4种药物高、低剂量均能够对抗垂体后叶素致冠脉流量的减少和心肌收缩力的减弱 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) .结果表明 ,滇产 3种丹参均能够增加正常离体豚鼠冠脉流量 ,对抗垂体后叶素致冠脉流量的减少
The Langendorff guinea pig heart perfusion method was used to observe the effects of three drugs on the dilated coronary arteries of the Labiatae and to compare with the standard Salvia miltiorrhiza. The results showed that the 4 drugs could significantly increase the normal isolated guinea pig heart at high doses. Coronary flow, decreased myocardial contractility, and decreased heart rate (P <0 0 5, P <0 01). Low doses of Gansimo rat tail increased coronary flow (P <0 05), 4 drugs were high Both low and high doses were able to counteract the decrease of coronary artery flow and decrease of myocardial contractility caused by pituitrin (P < 0.05, P <0 01). The results showed that 3 kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza can increase the normal isolated guinea pig crown Pulse flow rate, reduction of coronary flow caused by pituitrin
