讲师,顾名思义,是要会讲。要成为一个在讲课中受到欢迎的百分讲师,应该注意哪些内容,做哪些准备?1、第一步,了解我们的听众。一般情况下,我们的成人学员,无论是业内人士还是客户,他们对于课程的期望往往有如下几项:1)讲师是权威人士。2)讲授的知识实用性强。3)讲授的方法多元化。前两条顾名思义是成人可以花时间出来听一堂培训课最基本的诉求,那么第3点的期望是出于什么原因?根据调查分析,授课时间越长,学习绩效越差;课程结束后的时间越长,记忆绩效也越差。
