目的了解立体车库构件企业存在的主要职业病危害因素分布情况及对人群的危害程度。方法对该公司进行职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查及相关的统计学分析。结果职业病危害因素以电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、其他尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、噪声、紫外线为主,接触电焊烟尘、二氧化锰、噪声、紫外辐射的合格率依次为85.7%、92.6%、77.8%、72.7%;其余危害因素检测均符合国家职业卫生限值。职业健康检查350人受检率100.0%。粉尘作业人员异常率为9.09%(11/121);噪声检查结果异常率为4.96%(6/121);接触油漆作业者检出血常规异常率为3.57%(1/28);尿锰异常率17.5%(7/40),电焊工角膜、眼底改变异常率为22.5%(9/40)。结论该公司存在粉尘、噪声、毒物、紫外线的危害,其中电焊烟尘、噪声、苯及紫外辐射对工人健康产生了影响,应采取措施重点防控,加强个体防护,控制职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the distribution of the main occupational hazards in the three-dimensional garage components enterprises and the degree of harm to the population. Methods The company conducted occupational hygiene surveys, occupational disease hazard testing, occupational health examination and related statistical analysis. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases were electric arc welding dust, grinding wheel dust, other dust, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, manganese and their compounds, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, noise, The qualified rate of welding fume, manganese dioxide, noise and ultraviolet radiation were 85.7%, 92.6%, 77.8% and 72.7% respectively. The detection of the other hazards were in line with the national occupational health limits. 350 occupational health examination rate of 100.0%. The abnormal rate of dust workers was 9.09% (11/121); the abnormal rate of noise test was 4.96% (6/121); the abnormal rate of routine blood tests for workers exposed to paint was 3.57% (1/28); the abnormal rate of urine manganese 17.5% (7/40), welder cornea and fundus abnormality rate was 22.5% (9/40). Conclusion The company is endangered by dust, noise, poison and ultraviolet rays. Among them, welding fume, noise, benzene and ultraviolet radiation have an impact on the health of workers. Measures should be taken to prevent and control such diseases, strengthen personal protection and control occupational diseases.
