青藏高原文化,是生活在青藏高原地区的各族人民在长期的历史积累中创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和。青藏高原文化是该地区旅游发展的灵魂,而旅游开发则是文化保护的重要依托。西部大开发深入推进和青藏铁路全线通车为青藏高原发展提供了大好机遇,应充分挖掘文化资源优势,采取有力措施,从更高层次上规划和推动旅游开发与文化保护的有机互动,真正把丰富独特的青藏高原文化资源优势转化为旅游经济优势,促进地区经济社会又好又快发展。
The culture of the Tibetan Plateau is the sum of the material and spiritual wealth created by the people of all nationalities living in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the long history. The culture of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the soul of tourism development in the area, while tourism development is an important support for cultural protection. The deepening of the development of the western region and the opening of the entire Qinghai-Tibet Railway provide a good opportunity for the development of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. We should fully tap the advantages of cultural resources and take effective measures to plan and promote the organic interaction between tourism development and cultural protection at a higher level. The unique advantage of the cultural resources of the Tibetan Plateau translates into the advantages of tourism economy and promotes sound and rapid economic and social development in the region.
