B股转H股有一定的入市门槛,上市公司在财务测试、最低市值、公众持股量、流通比率等11个方面必须符合港交所相关规则长期处于边缘化状态的B股似乎出现了一道改革曙光。继中集集团成功地将B股转为H股在香港挂牌交易,B股公司万科和丽珠集团最近也都因“筹划重大事项”停牌,B转H成为上市公司心目中最可行的方案之一。
