目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应(ADR)分析及合理应用。方法收集2012年1月至2013年1月吉林大学第一临床医院260例氟喹诺酮类药物ADR患者资料,将引起患者ADR的药物、涉及的系统和器官、临床表现等进行统计分析。结果出现ADR的260例患者所用药物共涉及4个品种,左氧氟沙星122例,环丙沙星72例,加替沙星48例,氧氟沙星18例;氟喹诺酮类药物引起的ADR的主要临床表现:过敏反应26.5%(69/260),胃肠道反应21.5%(56/260),血糖波动18.1%(47/260);ADR累及系统:神经系统36.5%(95/260),血液系统29.2%(76/260),心血管和泌尿系统25.0%(65/260),其他系统9.3%(24/260)。结论提升医护人员的业务培训,加强其对ADR判断鉴别的能力,进而增加临床对氟喹诺酮类ADR的监督力度。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of fluoroquinolones (ADR) and its rational application. Methods The data of 260 patients with fluoroquinolone ADR from the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University from January 2012 to January 2013 were collected and the ADR-causing drugs, the related systems and organs, clinical manifestations and so on were analyzed statistically. Results The ADR of 260 patients were involved in four varieties of drugs, levofloxacin 122 cases, 72 cases of ciprofloxacin, gatifloxacin in 48 cases, ofloxacin in 18 cases; fluoroquinolones caused by the main clinical ADR The results showed that the allergic reaction was 26.5% (69/260), the gastrointestinal reaction was 21.5% (56/260) and the blood glucose fluctuated 18.1% (47/260). ADR involved system: 36.5% (95/260) of the nervous system, 29.2% (76/260), cardiovascular and urinary system 25.0% (65/260) and other systems 9.3% (24/260). CONCLUSIONS To improve the training of medical staff and strengthen their ability to discriminate ADR judgment, and then increase the clinical monitoring of fluoroquinolone ADR.
