萘在SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_4固体超强酸的催化作用下,在较低的温度下即发生反应,生成一种以萘的二、三、四聚物为主的齐聚混合物。该种混合物在395℃热处理后,即得到软化点大约为150℃的萘沥青。热台偏光显微镜观察表明:该沥青具有良好的中间相转化行为。利用H’NMR和MS技术对各阶段产物进行了结构分析,并初步推导了反应机理。 Under the catalysis of SO 4 2- / ZrO 4 solid superacid, naphthalene reacts at lower temperature to form a kind of oligomeric mixture of di-, tri- and tetramer based on naphthalene. After the mixture is heat-treated at 395 ° C, naphthalene pitch having a softening point of about 150 ° C is obtained. The observation of the hot stage polarization microscope showed that the asphalt has a good mesophase conversion behavior. The structures of the products in each stage were analyzed by H’NMR and MS techniques, and the reaction mechanism was initially deduced.
