最近十几年以来,我国人学里地球物理的课程,例如‘气象学’、‘海洋学’、‘地震学’以及包括各门的‘地球物理’等等慢慢的多了起来。在早期这些课程大致有了一个共同的毛病,便是太偏於无原则的记述和描写,缺乏有系统的,数量性的处理。这毛病,现在已经在纠正之中。不过接着却似乎有了相反的偏向,即是太喜欢搬弄算式而忽略了物理性的理解,对於理论性的地球物理课目,例如‘理论气象’之类,因为它以理论为主,这种偏向格外显著。本来,我们之所以需要这些理论是为了要解释地球物理现象,要了解这些现象里的物理
