以钛酸丁酯为钛源,尿素和硫脲为掺杂剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮硫共掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化剂。用XRD、TEM、XPS和UV-visDRS对其进行表征分析。结果表明:在450℃空气气氛中制备的氮硫共掺杂纳米TiO_2粒子均为锐钛矿相,平均尺寸14nm左右。与相同条件制备的纯TiO_2比较,氮硫共掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的吸收边带明显红移,对可见光的吸收显著增强。在可见光照射下光催化降解弱酸性红染料的实验证明,氮和硫共掺杂可增强纳米TiO_2的光催化活性。
Titanium tetrabutyl titanate, urea and thiourea as dopants, the use of sol - gel method of nitrogen and sulfur co-doped nano-TiO 2 photocatalyst. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, XPS and UV-visDRS. The results show that the nano-TiO2 particles prepared in air atmosphere at 450 ℃ are anatase phase with an average size of about 14nm. Compared with the pure TiO 2 prepared under the same conditions, the absorption edge band of nitrogen-sulfur co-doped TiO 2 photocatalysts is obviously red-shifted, and the absorption of visible light is significantly enhanced. Photocatalytic degradation of weak acid red dye under visible light irradiation proved that the co-doping of nitrogen and sulfur can enhance the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO 2.
