电商标准化建设电子商务服务质量已经是电子商务行业发展的关键,国家质检总局出台了关于提升电子商务服务质量的行动计划,把开展电子商务服务评价作为重要的提升途径。上海市质量协会、上海市电商行业协会和上海质量管理科学研究院跟踪了国际上的标准发展,研究了电子商务企业发展的需求和政府主管部门对电商服务的要求,研究提出了制定上海市电商服务质量团体标准的建议。这个标准借鉴了ISO10008《质量管理顾客满意
E-Commerce Standardization Building e-commerce service quality is already the key to the development of e-commerce industry.
