媒体关注,可以引起公众对目标企业的关注,媒体的存在,减少了社会公主与企业之间的信息不对称,减少公众的信息搜集、加工、处理成本,进一步影响企业在社会公众心目中的形象。本文通过媒体对企业行为的关注,分析公司面对媒体报道做出的减少企业损失的行为动机;分别从自愿性信息披露和强制信息披露,探讨媒体通过公司治理的作用路径中对信息披露的影响。
Media attention can arouse the public’s attention to the target enterprises, the existence of the media, reduce the information asymmetry between the social princesses and enterprises, reduce the public’s information collection, processing, and processing costs, and further affect the corporate image in the public’s mind . This paper analyzes the influence of media exposure on corporate performance through the media’s attention to corporate behavior.
