结合煤岩体加固材料的加固机理,分析了煤岩体加固材料的重要安全技术要求。分析了各类高分子加固材料安全性能差异和性能特点,并对聚氨酯、改性聚氨酯及酚醛树脂加固材料的安全技术要求进行了详细研究。得出酚醛树脂加固材料因本身性能缺陷,不能满足标准和现场使用要求;聚氨酯、改性聚氨酯加固材料具有较好的力学性能,满足标准和使用要求,并且改性聚氨酯加固材料在高瓦斯及有着火危险矿井更具优势。
Combining with the reinforcement mechanism of coal and rock reinforcement, the important safety technical requirements of reinforcement for coal and rock mass are analyzed. The differences in safety performance and performance characteristics of various polymer reinforced materials were analyzed. The safety technical requirements of polyurethane, modified polyurethane and phenolic resin reinforced materials were studied in detail. The results show that the phenolic resin reinforced material can not meet the standard and on-site requirements due to its inherent performance defects. The polyurethane and modified polyurethane reinforced materials have good mechanical properties and meet the standards and requirements. Moreover, Fire danger mine more advantages.
