对15位慢性扁桃体炎患者进行了可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体(SIL—2R)水平测定。结果表明:患者组SIL-2R为425±59u/ml,对照组为214±25u/ml,二者相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。提示SIL-2R的检测对慢性扁桃休炎的临床治疗具有重要参考价值。
Soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) levels were measured in 15 patients with chronic tonsillitis. The results showed that SIL-2R was 425 ± 59u / ml in patients and 214 ± 25u / ml in controls. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). It is suggested that the detection of SIL-2R has an important reference value for the clinical treatment of chronic tonsillitis.
