在使用线结构激光测量的过程中,提取结构光条纹中心是影响测量结果的重要步骤。由于激光发生器产生的激光能量密度、激光投射面反射率不一致、外界光线干扰、相机拍摄误差等因素,条纹宽度有时会出现显著的不均匀。而在使用方向模板法提取结构光条纹中心的过程中,由于模板的大小取决于结构光条纹的宽度,上述现象直接影响条纹中心提取的准确性。对此提出了一种自适应方向模板的结构光条纹中心提取方法,进行了实验与对比,并对影响提取效果的因素进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能够很好地适应结构光条纹不均匀情况下的中心线提取。
In the process of using the line structure laser measurement, extracting the center of the structure light stripe is an important step that affects the measurement result. Due to the laser energy density generated by the laser generator, laser projection surface reflectance is inconsistent, external light interference, camera shooting error and other factors, the stripe width sometimes appears significant uneven. However, in the process of using the directional template method to extract the structured light stripe center, the above-mentioned phenomenon directly affects the accuracy of stripe center extraction because the size of the template depends on the width of the structured light stripe. In this paper, a method of structural light stripe center extraction based on self-adaptive orientation template is proposed. Experiments and comparisons are carried out, and the factors affecting the extraction effect are analyzed. The results show that this method can well adapt to the centerline extraction under uneven light stripe structure.
