在不改变和影响现有设备的运行方式的条件下 ,采用气密性双通道链条埋刮板式邻炉输粉系统 ,有效解决了山东沾化发电厂 1号、2号炉相互输粉的工艺要求。结合原制粉、输粉系统的设备状况 ,对刮板形式、链条形式、连接方式和系统密封等问题进行了专门研究和设计 ,克服了旧式输粉机械在运行中存在的易断链、积链、漂链、积粉、跑粉、漏风等问题。
