微钛处理钢中Ti(C、N)第二相质点析出、长大行为及其对晶粒长大的阻止作用研究

本文定量研究了微钛处理钢中Ti(C、N)第二相质点析出、长大行为与温度、变形量、变形速率、冷却速率的关系,指出用Ostwald熟化机制解释第二相质点长大现象的局限性,推导出Ti(C、N)复合第二相质点固溶度积公式,提出基于Ti(C、N)质点阻碍晶界迁移的Zener模型,并用其计算了Ti(C、N)质点对晶界迁移的阻碍作用力。 In this paper, the relationship between the precipitation and growth behavior of Ti (C, N) second phase particles and the temperature, deformation, deformation rate and cooling rate in the micro titanium treated steel is quantitatively studied. It is pointed out that the Ostwald ripening mechanism is used to explain the growth of the second phase particles (C, N), the Zener model based on Ti (C, N) particles obstructs the grain boundary migration is proposed. The Ti (C, N) ) Particles impede the migration of grain boundaries.
