目的研究NAD(P)H氧化酶P22phox C242T基因多态性与延边地区汉族和朝鲜族2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其动脉硬化之间的相关性。方法设立正常对照组(分为汉族亚组、朝鲜族亚组)和T2DM组;T2DM组分为:(1)汉族颈动脉硬化阳性亚组及阴性亚组;(2)朝鲜族颈动脉硬化阳性亚组及阴性亚组。采用PCR-RFLP方法。结果正常对照组汉族和朝鲜族P22phox C242T分布无差异;T2DM组汉族和朝鲜族NAD(P)H氧化酶P22phox C242T群体分布有差异;汉族T2DM患者动脉硬化阳性组与阴性组之间存在CC/CT+TT分布差异。结论 (1)延边地区汉族和朝鲜族T2DM患者的NAD(P)H氧化酶P22phox C242T群体分布具有种族差异。(2)T等位基因为延边地区汉族T2DM动脉硬化的保护基因。
Objective To investigate the association between P22phox C242T polymorphism of NAD (P) H oxidase and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its arteriosclerosis in Yanbian area. Methods The normal control group (divided into Han subgroup and Korean subgroup) and T2DM group were established. T2DM components were: (1) Han carotid atherosclerosis subgroup and negative subgroup; (2) Korean carotid atherosclerosis positive Subgroups and negative subgroups. Using PCR-RFLP method. Results There was no difference in the distribution of P22phox C242T among Han and Korean ethnic groups in normal control group, but there was a difference in the distribution of NAD (P) H oxidase P22phox C242T between T2DM Han and Korean ethnic groups. CC / CT + TT distribution differences. Conclusions (1) The distribution of NAD (P) H oxidase P22phox C242T in Han and Korean T2DM patients in Yanbian area has racial differences. (2) T allele is a protective gene for T2DM atherosclerosis in Han nationality in Yanbian area.
