随着经济的迅猛发展,社会和企业对工商管理人才的需求量越来越大。但各高校在工商管理教学方面却仍存在许多问题。基于此,从工商管理教学的现状出发,分析目前工商管理教学中存在的问题,并提出改善工商管理教学的相应对策。只有理论教学与实践教学相结合,加强对师资力量和教学设施的投入,才能不断培育出优秀的工商管理人才。
With the rapid economic development, social and business needs of business management personnel are growing. However, there are still many problems in the teaching of business administration in colleges and universities. Based on this, starting from the current situation of business administration teaching, this article analyzes the existing problems in business administration teaching and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve business administration teaching. Only the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, to strengthen the investment in teaching resources and teaching facilities, in order to continue to cultivate outstanding business people.
