黄芪是传统补益中药,为补药之长,《神农本草经》列之为“上品”。近年来,对黄芪的生药学、化学、药理及临床应用等方面做了大量研究,黄芪的作用机理得到进一步的阐明。现就黄芪1997~1998年的研究进展分述如下: 1 药理研究 1.1 提高免疫力 黄芪对T淋巴细胞亚群比例有调节作用,其机制可能为黄芪对肝细胞核代谢的直接作用,保护细胞内质网,使肝细胞内粗面内质网增加,即增加了细胞内rRNA和mRNA的含量,抑制核糖核激酶活性及增加核糖核激酶抑制因子的活性,也可能是通过抑制Ts细胞而促进机体的免疫反应。赵氏等认为,黄芪明显促进植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的外周单个核细胞(PBMC)产生IFN-γ及PWM诱导的PBMC
