XC624型万能铣头是与XC62W铣床配套的,是为了扩大其性能而设置的主要附件。但它作为立铣头使用时,工作台的活动范围较小,被加工的工件不能太大,造成大机床干小活或机床长期不能充分利用的浪费现象。为此,我们把XC624铣头的台座向上和向外各移动一个距离,克服了上述缺点。改进后的铣头结构如图所示。铣床主轴内装锥体轴12,通过一对速比为1:1的圆柱斜齿轮3、 9,传递给齿轮轴6的两凸台,齿轮轴6的两凸台
XC624 universal milling head is compatible with XC62W milling machine, is to expand its performance and set the main accessories.
