大鼠缺血性面神经瘫痪动物模型的建立

目的:建立大鼠缺血性面神经瘫痪(面瘫)动物模型,观察面神经表面毛细血管。方法:选择性地阻塞颌内动脉,术后第1天和第30天处死动物,通过心脏灌注荧光染料,在荧光显微镜下观察面神经表面毛细血管。结果:颌内动脉栓塞后5~15min出现面瘫,并可观察到面神经表面血管变细,甚至被阻塞,尤以迷路段为甚。术后30天面瘫基本恢复,面神经表面血管也基本恢复正常,仅偶见血管变细。结论:这一动物模型的建立,为面瘫的临床治疗和实验研究开辟了新的思路 Objective: To establish an animal model of facial paralysis (facial paralysis) in rats with facial paralysis and observe the capillaries on the facial nerve. Methods: The maxillary arteries were occluded selectively. Animals were sacrificed on day 1 and day 30 after operation. Fluorescent dye was infused through the heart to observe the capillaries on the facial nerve surface under a fluorescence microscope. Results: Facial paralysis occurred 5 ~ 15 min after intra-arterial embolization of the maxillary arteries, and the blood vessels on the surface of the facial nerve became thinner and even obstructed, especially in the labyrinthine segment. 30 days after facial paralysis basically recovered, facial nerve blood vessels also returned to normal, only occasional vascular thinning. Conclusion: The establishment of this animal model opens up new ideas for the clinical treatment and experimental study of facial paralysis
