对中压下水在三维内翅管中的上升沸腾两相流动与传热性能进行了试验研究。试验压力P=26×105~56×105Pa,质量流速G=280~740kg/(m2·s),热流密度q=29×104~91×104W/m2。揭示了摩擦阻力压降和传热性能随主要参数变化的特征,并与光滑管性能进行了比较。建立了流阻与传热的关联式。
Experimental study on the rising and boiling two-phase flow and heat transfer performance of medium-pressure launching in three-dimensional finned tube was carried out. Test pressure P = 26 × 105 ~ 56 × 105Pa, mass flow rate G = 280 ~ 740kg / (m2 · s), heat flux density q = 29 × 104 ~ 91 × 104W / m2. The characteristics of the frictional resistance pressure drop and the heat transfer performance with the main parameters were revealed and compared with those of the smooth tube. Established the relationship between flow resistance and heat transfer.
