世界经济全球化促使社会对于财经类人才培养有了更高的要求。针对于当前财经类院校人才培养存在的问题,建立基于“卓越计划”的区域国际化财经人才培养模式,从人才培养理念,教学模式创新、质量保障体系等方面进行研究,并以广西财经学院为例,分析了该校区域国际化财经卓越人才培养的研究与实践创新,为财经类人才培养提出了新的方向。 The globalization of the world economy has made society have higher requirements for the training of financial professionals. Aiming at the problems existing in talent cultivation in the current finance and economics colleges and universities, this paper establishes a regional training model of financial professionals based on “excellence plan ”, studies the concept of personnel training, the innovation of teaching mode and the quality assurance system. College of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper analyzes the research and practice innovation of the international talents training of international finance in the school area, and puts forward a new direction for the training of financial professionals.
