全国联网和大面积缺电对区域电网联合反事故演习提出了更高的要求。在分析目前反事故演习方式的基础上提出了区域电网联合反事故演习的设计原则、实现方案和关键技术,综合比较了统一电网仿真方案和分散电网仿真方案的优缺点,在联网方式上分析了客户/服务器(C/S)远程工作站方式、Web方式和远程联网等3种方式下的适用范围及实现方法,指出了区域电网联合反事故演习方案中的关键技术及其应用前景。
The national interconnection and large area power shortage put forward higher requirements for joint anti-accident exercises of regional power grids. Based on the analysis of the current anti-accident maneuvers, the design principles, implementation schemes and key technologies of regional grid joint anti-accident maneuvers are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the unified grid simulation scheme and decentralized grid simulation scheme are compared and analyzed. Client / server (C / S) remote workstation mode, Web mode and remote networking under the three ways of application and implementation methods, pointed out that the regional power grid joint anti-accident exercise program of the key technologies and their application prospects.
