近年来,针对W13西块油藏井网适应性差,分层调剖堵水、高压分注、分层压裂、井况治理等方面缺乏配套措施,非主力层水驱动用程度低,油藏潜力得不到发挥,稳产基础薄弱等存在问题。开展了油藏描述和剩余油研究,室内和矿场试验,实行了细分重组、开发对象向非主力层转移、提高水驱采收率为目标的精细调整治理。进行文13西油藏“异常高温、高压、高矿化度”条件下的配套工艺技术攻关,攻克深层开窗侧钻、大修、高压分注、分层改造等技术,实现了油藏有效开发动用,实现了年产油稳定、综合含水下降、采收率提高,取得了较好的经济效益。
