苹果是我省主要水果之一.随着生产的发展,产量在不断提高,但出于贮存不善腐烂严重使果农减少收入;经营单位亏损,直接影响着苹果生产的发展.为了解决这一难题,我们在试验研究的基础上,有目的地吸收外地经验,综合采用了“在土窑洞里钢架散装,大帐气调贮藏苹果”的新技术,在洛阳市气温较高(年平均气温14.5℃,采果期平均气温18.2℃)的条件下,1981年贮藏苹果105130斤(包括对照果);品种有:青香蕉、小国光、倭巾、印度、秦冠五种.大量贮藏至“春节”
