利用有限元法对三维堆焊快速成形过程中的温度场进行模拟。对自然散热和冷却条件下的温度场进行了分析,结果表明自然散热时高温区域的面积明显大于冷却条件下的面积,成形时采取冷却措施可以有效地减小高温区域的面积,从而可以避免成形件的氧化,保证成形质量。
The finite element method is used to simulate the temperature field in rapid prototyping of 3D surfacing. The temperature field under natural cooling and cooling conditions is analyzed. The results show that the area of high temperature is obviously larger than the area under cooling condition, and the cooling measures during forming can effectively reduce the area of high temperature area and avoid forming Oxidation of parts, to ensure forming quality.
