目的测定白屈菜中总生物碱的含量,为其质量的控制提供实验依据。方法以白屈菜红碱为标准品,采用酸性染料比色法测定白屈菜总生物碱的含量。结果白屈菜红碱在0.016~0.096 mg.ml~(-1)范围内,回归方程为Y=9.8661X+0.025,r=0.9991,吸光度与浓度具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别99.93%,RSD=1.79%。结论该方法准确度好,有一定的专属性,为白屈菜质量的控制提供实验依据。 Objective To determine the content of total alkaloids in Celandine so as to provide an experimental basis for its quality control. Methods The chelerythrine alkali was used as standard. The content of total alkaloids in celandine was determined by acid dye colorimetry. Results The calibration curve of chelerythrine in the range of 0.016 ~ 0.096 mg.ml ~ (-1) was Y = 9.8661X + 0.025, r = 0.9991. The absorbance showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. The average recoveries were 99.93% , RSD = 1.79%. Conclusion The method is accurate and has a certain specificity, which provides experimental evidence for the quality control of Celandine.
