目的了解医务人员对艾滋病感染者的歧视现状及其影响因素,为制定艾滋病反歧视工作策略和措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方式利用自编式问卷调查四川省仁寿500名医务人员。结果调查对象中有94.20%对艾滋病病毒感染者/患者存在不同程度的歧视,不同工作年限、不同年龄医务人员中不同歧视程度者所占比例差别有统计学意义(χ2=28.28、11.38,P<0.05);不同性别、医院类别、艾防知识知晓情况医务人员对艾滋病病毒感染者/患者接诊意愿差别有统计学意义(χ2=10.11、7.77、7.73,P<0.05)。结论仁寿县医务人员对艾滋病感染者存在普遍歧视,但大多为轻度和中度歧视,相关部门应采取宣传教育、专业培训、加强内部管理等措施加强医务人员反歧视工作。
Objective To understand the current situation and influential factors of medical staffs' discrimination against HIV-infected persons and provide the basis for formulating strategies and measures for AIDS anti-discrimination work. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to survey 500 medical workers in Renshou County of Sichuan Province by self-made questionnaires. Results 94.20% of respondents had different degrees of discrimination against people living with HIV / AIDS, and there were significant differences in the proportion of different ages among different working age groups and different working age groups (χ2 = 28.28, 11.38, P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the willingness of admissions among HIV-infected patients / patients (χ2 = 10.11, 7.77, 7.73, P <0.05) according to gender, hospital category and AI prevention knowledge. Conclusion Renshou County medical staff have common discrimination against people living with HIV, but most of them are mild and moderate discrimination. Relevant departments should take such measures as publicity and education, professional training and strengthening internal management to strengthen the anti-discrimination work of medical personnel.
