男,30岁,伐木工人。入院前3小时在林区低头伐木时,突然听到杉木从山上滑下声,抬头仰望时,被急速滑下的杉木枝杈插入眼眶内,枝杈又自行折断。当时剧痛,无恶心呕吐及昏迷,带着插入眶内的枝杈于1986年6月28日下午2时急诊入院。 检查:体温36.9℃,脉搏80次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压110/80mmHg。发育正常,神志清楚。左侧眼眶内下侧有一杉木枝杈呈30°从上向下戳入。露出皮肤表面的枝杈长约9cm,直径3cm,异物表面满布棘
