目的探讨适合 Oddi 括约肌(sphincter of Oddi.SO)肌电测量的新方法。方法两组各15只家兔分别用黏膜接触电极(contact electrode on mucosa.CEM)和浆膜钩状电极(chorion clawelectrode,CCE)测量 SO 肌电活动:另外6只家兔同时使用两种电极同步测量。结果 CEM 测量 SO肌电成功率高,创伤小,而且记录到的家兔 SO 肌电波形和 CCE 相比没有明显的差别。结论CEM 是一种很有价值的测量 SO 肌电活动的新方法,将来可能用于人体 SO 功能的研究,为人体内镜诊断 SO 功能提供了一个新方法。
Objective To explore a new method suitable for sphincter of Oddi.SO electromyography. Methods Fifteen rabbits in each group were used to measure SO myoelectrical activity with the contact electrode on mucosa.CEM and chorionic clavicular electrode (CCE) respectively. The other six rabbits simultaneously used two electrodes to synchronize measuring. Results CEM measured SO EMG high success rate, less trauma, and records of rabbit muscle EMG waveform and CCE no significant difference. Conclusions CEM is a valuable new method for measuring the myoelectric activity of SO and may be used for the study of SO function in the future. It provides a new method for endoscopic diagnosis of SO in human body.
