采用熔盐电脱氧法(即FFC法)制备出金属钽粉,并对其进行了SEM、TEM、粒度分布、化学成分和电性能等分析。结果表明:使用该方法制备的钽粉原始颗粒尺寸为200~400nm,相互粘结呈珊瑚状,氧含量降至3.69×10-3;该钽粉的比容达80 000μF.V/g以上,可满足制作电容器的要求。经计算,该钽粉制备工艺的电流效率仅为30%,要实现工业化应用必须解决电解过程中电流效率低这一关键问题。
